Designed in close collaboration with Multiplex, the fitout embraces the raw language of construction—galvanised steel, exposed concrete, and visible ceiling services—celebrating process as much as outcome. Across two connected levels, the interiors support everything from cadet training to informal gatherings, with adaptable spaces that encourage movement, connection, and flexibility. Social spaces like the Town Hall and Bar sit at the heart of the workplace, while meeting rooms offer a counterpoint—soft, refined, and intentionally quieter. This is a workplace built to reflect how Multiplex works: hands-on, forward-thinking, and grounded in craft.
